If you are not 100% satisfied with your order we will happily offer a refund or exchange on items up to 30-days after you receive goods.
All items must be unworn and undamaged, with all tags/labels unbroken and still attached. Returns that do not meet this criteria will be returned to the customer. When trying on items of clothing do not remove tags/labels and ensure that you are not wearing a perfumed product(s).
Please note: we do not accept returns on underwear or face masks due to hygiene reasons.

Whilst every effort will be made to fulfil all exchange requests there may be instances where we are no longer able to obtain stock of the requested item. In these circumstances we will only be able to offer a refund.
How to Return Your Order
You can take advantage of Royal Mail's tracked return service. Simply click the link below and follow the directions to create your return label. Royal Mail returns can be dropped of at your local Post Office or Royal Mail Customer Service Point.
Please note: this is not a free returns label. If you choose to use this service a fee of £5 will be deducted from your refund.

Your parcel will arrive back to us within 2-3 business days. Once your return is received we will process your refund or exchange within 1-3 business day. If you have requested a refund you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Once processed
the refund will appear on your bank statements within 3-5 business days.
